Virgin America has the best designed ticketing counters and kiosk graphics in the country. Shame on you NWA...horrible check in interfaces and 2 working bathrooms on a 5+ hour flight; We will never fly with you again! After a brief visit to HNL to visit family, we are back in Cincinnati.
